Promotional Products

Microfiber towels are a great for creating promotional products using dye-sublimation printing.  The polyester and polyamide blend of materials provides a good substrate for the dye-sublimation inks. Dye-sublimation is the preferred method of printing on microfiber cleaning towels because it doesn't affect the cleaning ability of the fabric (unlike, screen printing, which clogs the microfiber pours, reducing absorbency, and making them rough)

When choosing towels for custom promotional towel printing make sure that you pick a material that has at least one low pile side. It is not possible to print on the high pile towels. Also, any white sections of your artwork will print as the color of the towel, and it is not possible to print white (or light colors) on to dark material.
